Do You Accept RETURNS?
NO, returns are NOT accepted, neither domestically or internationally. All products are sold AS IS and are described and or photographed as the condition they are in. Please be familiar with the product before purchasing, you may always ask questions about specific products and shades in order to be certain of quality or color.
Do You Ship Internationally?
YES. FaceFront Outlet will ship to all countries, world wide, however, all countries outside of the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico will be charged a $3.99-$12.99 (USD) shipping fee, depending on location + weight of items.

Can I CANCEL My Order?
SURE. Please e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you feel you want to cancel. Include your e-mail address which is associated with either your PayPal or Google CheckOut account, and/or, the unique transaction ID. Understand, however, if your order HAS ALREADY left the facility, it cannot be canceled.

How Much Is Shipping Internationally?
Shipping costs may vary; however, a pre-set $3.99 USD - $12.99 flat rate is generally who much an international parcel will cost to be shipped from our U.S. location. The fee depends on your location and the weight of your goods.
